Today’s scripture verse:

Hebrew 13:5,

‘Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”

You know God is always with us, always.  He said in His Word, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”  He will always proclaim this promise to all of us, who believe in Him, and will listen.  Today, people respond to Jesus continual presence in different ways.  Many Christians accept this teaching as divine truth, yet they ignore it in their daily living.  Some Christians though, have been injured and wounded, or even taught incorrectly, and fear, or in some cases, resent, the very fact that Jesus has complete awareness of all they do, and say, and think. Their understanding of privacy, excludes Jesus Christ.  Every believer should know that everyone lay’s naked before the Lord, for He is omniscient.  If we center our lives around this promise, trusting the Lord for all, believing that He will always be with us, we will find blessings beyond all our expectations.  When Jesus is the focal point of our consciousness, then all the pieces of life fall into their proper places.  When I gaze upon Jesus, through the eyes of my heart, I will see the world around me from His perspective, and the deeper I look and realize that I am with Jesus, then He makes every moment of my life meaningful.  Jesus is life, both here today, and in eternity.
