Today’s scripture verse:
But an hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. Yes, the Father wants such people to worship him.
We always seem to want more time, as we try to accomplish those things that we think are important, yet we never seem to have enough. What do we do when we spend all our time for the day on those important things and we forget to give God some time in our plans? Do you think God holds it against us? Maybe He should just turn His back to us and walk away? God is our Heavenly Father and His love for us is more than we can understand. Sometimes we should turn the television off and sit in the quietness, opening God’s Holy Word, the bible, reading and listening for God to speak to our heart, but for some reason we like the noise even if we are not watching the program. This has to be irritating to God, He deserves more of our time than we give Him. John 3: 16-17 For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
