First Corinthians 1:20
Where is the one who is wise? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the debater of this age? Hasn’t God made the world’s wisdom foolish?
How many times in your Christian life or walk with Christ do you feel disconnected? How do I know if I’m disconnected spiritually? When I ask God, “God where are You?” Sometimes it seems that God is not around, that heaven is silent, and no matter how hard I ask, God remains silent. Has this happened to you? I think it has happen to a great many of us. These are times that I feel I am in the valley, I am praying to be on the mountain top yet I can’t seem to get my head up. Let us remember we are in God’s classroom and must remember quiet and listen for that gentle voice. Personally I feel that sometimes we are spiritually disconnected from God because of the world we live in. Satan and his imps are so powerful in this place we live, that if we blink the wrong way he gets a foot in the door or rather he gets in our business. How can this happen? Well it happens when we skip spiritual needs because we become so busy in our routine and situations we are overly concerned about and we leave God in second place. God is our pilot and we are the co-pilot, when we get “disconnected” we take the controls and tell God, “I got this”. Just let God lead the way, He needs no GPS, or smartphone, God knows all that is needed and if we allow Him to lead we will stay on the straight and narrow.
