Today’s Scripture:

John 15: 12-13

“This is my command: Love one another as I have loved you.  No one has greater love than this: to lay down his life for his friends.

Each day the sun comes up and a new day begins.  Many times I ask myself, “Lord what will I do today?”  While in fact, I should be asking Lord God, “What are You doing today around me?”  I should be in such a love relationship with God that I know what He is doing because He would or will show me.  God is at work all around us, if I know what He is doing and am spiritually close enough to Him, where I need to be, He will invite me to join Him.  This causes me to have to make adjustments in my life so I can adapt to what it is that He wants to do through me.

John 5:17, and 19-20 says this,

17 But Jesus answered them, “My Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”

19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

20 For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself does; and He will show Him greater works than these, that you may marvel. God wants a love relationship with each of us, He wants us to work with Him in what He is doing, we are the hands and feet for the Lord, but if we have unconfessed sin in our life then He can’t use us or relate with us and the longer we keep this sin the further away from His will we get.  Lord forgive me for my sin, if I have unconfessed sin in my life, I pray Your Holy Spirit will reveal it to me, so I can confess it and seek your forgiveness.  Amen
